Does anyone know where to get one of those rubber "slip on" wraps? I haven't seen one in years, but if I could find a place that sells them I'd like to get one for my break cue.

I've never seen them at Seyberts, but I'm sure Muellers has them at this url:

You could get a bike innertube and sacrifice it to the pool gods (not Gods, damn them!).

Get the 26 x 1.5-2.2 size. Make your 1st cut 1/2" to the side of the valve and you could pobably get 3 or 4 of 'em. You can give them to your family as gifts...LOL!

The ruibber wrap remains in extremely wide use in three cushion billiards. If there is a room near you where they play that game, I'm sure they would have one.
