Just wondering if there is a penalty for conceding a game, other than what is referred to in rule number 22?

Some events do not allow the conceding of a game at any time and penalize an additional game loss for any concession of game at any time.

Unscrewing your cue should be loss of match on the decisive game as outlined in rule 22.

Maybe someone will read the rules and come to a different conclusion or perhaps show me the rule that applies.

Unknown for now...

The issue is not addressed by WSR except, as already noted, for the opponent's hill game(s). I am following the info closely and will let you know if any local mods are issued that would be in place. In the end, it is a promoter/TD decision since it is not specifically addeessed by WSR.
