Hi , I am wondering if anyone may know a location where I may download a set of Scotch Doubles Rules.


Also, Where may I find a copy of "pro express" rules, like the kind they will use at this years U.S. Open

The BCA publishes the scotch rules only in the annual tournament play book if you e-mail Linda P. at the BCA (www.bca-pool.com) soon she may be able to send you an extra copy or fax the rules to you. As to "Pro Express", you may be refering to Texas Express (see www. texasexpress.com)
