Run This (50)

I went back and redid the run I described before:

CueTable Help

I actually considered this one of the better options, except I preferred the 3 ball. Same sequence except breaking from the 3. I prefer the angle of the CB coming into the rack off the 3.

Deadon, good point about the below the rack pattern. I ran through it and realized there's a safer way. It starts on page 2 of the sequence below.
As for the bumping up of the ball, I don't think it's as easy as it looks. The tangent line off of the 5 isn't quite right:

Shoot the 5 in the bottom, not top, pocket and push the 13 toward the 8.

I don't know about that either. There's little insurance unless you don't mind long uptable shots or a very sharp cut on the 2 ball. And it's a difficult push towards the 8. I think you'd need the perfect angle on the 5, and that's no guarantee. If the 5 were just a half-ball closer to the center diamond, even with the 13, I think it would be worth considering.

Okay. With a little jiggle it works. I just didn't see it ending up like that. I picture the cueball ending up on the foot rail if you got the 13 up to the side of the rack. I think I'd still try to make do with what's already there on this layout.
