The following ( 3 ) custom cues are currently for Sale. I am in need of purchasing new camera gear for my photography. I would consider possible trades on the Nova & Falcon cues for specific camera gear.

Cue # 1 - Price: $3,000.00 OBO.

Bob Runde Custom Cue. # 96 – 23. The cue was made in 1996 and was # 23 that year in Bob Runde's production. The cue is a 1 of a kind custom. The forearm is 4A grade birdseye maple with 8 points. 4 points are of Mammoth Ivory with Abalone shell inlays outlined by Ebony. There are over 130+ total inlays in this cue. Lots of Mammoth Ivory & Abalone shell in this cue. Comes with 2 shafts, both 13mm. The cue weight is 19.3 ounces. A ½ ounce aluminum weight bolt is included. The cue has been played but has been well cared for. Both shafts have been recently had a clean & polish done. The cue has been owned by only 2 players.

Cue # 2 - Price: $1,000.00 OBO.

* I would give serious consideration of a trade on this cue for a Canon 30D digital body with a Canon BG-E2 Grip that was in in excellent condition.

Nova Custom Cue, by Nubs Wagner. The cue is a 1 of a kind custom. Birdseye maple forearm, with 6 Tulipwood points with Ebony tear drop shaped inlays in the base of the points. The rear butt sleeve is Ebony with 6 Tulipwood inlaid diamond forms. Each Tulipwood inlaid diamond form contains 2 ebony inlaid tear drop shaped forms reversing each other. The rear butt sleeve also contains 2 sets of Tulipwood inlaid rings. The cue comes with 2 shafts. Both shafts are 13mm in size, one shaft has a longer pro taper. The cue weight is 19.3 ounces with one shaft and 18.9 ounces with the other. This cue was one of the last 1 of a kind customs done By Nubs Wagner prior to his final retirement based on information provided by Jim Oswald of Billiards & Bagels in Gresham, Oregon.

Cue # 3 - Price: $700.00 OBO.

* I would give serious consideration of a trade on this cue for a Canon EF 200mm f 2.8L II Lens, or a combination of Canon EF 85mm f 1.8 Lens & Canon EF 135mm f 2.8 Soft Focus Lens that were in excellent condition.

Falcon Custom Cue. Model # FAL-14. This cue is a high end production custom by Falcon Cues. This cue was produced when Falcon was still based in Canada, and is an exclusive design that was produced for distribution by CueStix International. This model was originally limited to a production of 100, has been discontinued and is no longer available.

The cue consists of Rosewood forearm and Ebony rear butt sleeve with simulated stylized bone ivory points, 3 long and 3 short . This cue is in excellent condition. The cue has some minor nicks in the finish in the rear butt sleeve that is to be expected of a cue that has been played. The cue has 2 Falcon shafts with Falcon joint protectors. Both shafts are in excellent condition and only show slight wear from the moderate play that the cue received. The cue weighs 19.1 oz with either shaft attached. Original retail for this cue with an extra Falcon shaft would be over $900.00.

i dont mean to be rude, but you are misinformed on this nova cue i have the same cue in stock new on my web site at protymebilliards.com for 750.00 new this cannot be 1 of 1.the asking price may be accurate for resale,my prices are little lower then most,i love nova cues, one of the beter metal jointed cues.

Thanks for the info. My info was based on what Jim Oswald told my employer when he originally obtained the cue. I love Nova cues as well and this one became my 2nd one for me over the years, and have sold lots over the years when they were still being produced. So I'm familiar with all the standard models. This 1 was the first of it's kind for me when I saw it, and that jived with what my employer was told.

Are you selling yours for $750 with 1 or 2 shafts? Because I am offering 2 shafts with mine. And that extra original Nova shaft is worth something as well. And considering I am willing to make a straight trade for the specific camera gear that I need, & the current market value used for the camera gear that I desire is in line with the value of the cue. I feel it's a good trade for anyone interested in wanting the Nova.

Anyone interested in just purchasing the Nova can make an offer. If it's in line with what I need to get the camera gear I need then someone will be getting a damn nice cue.

Wow, sorry to inform you pro-tyme, but you are most likely mistaken on this Nova cue. Jim at Billiards N' Bagels in Gresham Oregon gets cues done special for him all the time. Often the "special" part is in the type of woods used, the weight, length, tapers, pin, joint, ferrules and the balance point. He has 14 oz. cues made and all the way up to 26 oz. cues. He as cues from 58.5" - 63.5" for a person that's 6' 9" to 7 feet tall. He has Thin Butt cues with 5 hand styles with tip sizes from 11mm - 14mm. Tapers at 1/2" in 4" to 1/2mm in 18".
Now any of these changes will cause a cue to play completely different from a cue that you think looks the same. This man knows more about the science of pool cues then most cue makers do. So if He was told that the cue was 1 of 1 by Jim then it is. I've known Jim since the 80's and the man just doesn't need to lie about anything to sell a cue.
He's kept his place going for 31 years largely because he understands the product and the players needs. He actually lets the customer try out each cue before you buy it. He wants you to get the cue that plays best for you and not just because it's some name brand that other people this is the best. He's carried over 2000 cues in this shop at one time. Now, that's a huge selection to stroke to find one that really plays best for you.
He has a website and you can see his best cues. But he doesn't list the prices on most of his cues on his site. If you see a cue you want to try then you go down to his shop and try it. There's no PayPal or internet merchant options on his site. You want to buy a custom cue for the investment then give him a call and he'll tell you all about the cue. Hell, he even lets you make monthly PAYMENTS on cues! NO Billiards place does that! It's for this reason that anyone can afford to buy a $2000.00+ cue. And since he's now retiring he's giving better deals than ever. With 38% of what he has that you won't find anywhere else in the world. It's specially made just for him by the same quality custom cue makers whose cues he sells. He even has them make his very own BnB custom cues so that you can buy a quality custom cue for under $500.00 Check it out...
