I was wondering if anyone could tell me on average what the turnaround time is like for one of russ's custom cues after the design has been finalised & work begins.
He has an online site managed by a partner and I can tell you that he's very prompt in responding if you send him a message using the website. I would bet he has all the answers you're looking for.
