Russian pool?

Aside from where Lora Ann found this table...where else and how many could there be located throughout the US? I've never seen one and you sure as hell won't have an easy time finding a room large enough to fit one in a house, even for an avid Russian player.

I went to a poolhall in Glendale, California and in a seperate room they had 3 of these tables. I watched for about 20 minutes and no one made a ball. It was pretty funny seeing all those white balls and guys missing 2 inches from the pocket (I know you do this naturally DM).

Another game I have never seen played here is scratch pool which Stalev is apparently the Russian champion at. I have seen him practicing it and scratching from everywhere (I know you do this naturally too DM). I also saw Stalev ask Efren if he wanted to play some scratch pool, even, for a large sum and Efren just laughed and said no.

Unfortunately, due to gang activity I believe, the place closed down. I don't know what happened to the tables.

Wayne was that Pros Billiards or something like that? That place could have been a nice room if it wasn't for all the shootings lol.

Thin-skinned in person yet certainly not on the 'net. What irony this technology has wrought :)

Hey...what can I say. I'm a disgrace to my countrymen. I'd like to meet Ivan, Boris, Yvgeny, Vladimir, and all the boys and have some old country food. I was brought up on all of it. My grandparents came over on a boat from the Ukraine, which was a part of Russia, and that's all I heard spoken when I was a kid. I just don't like pretending I'm in Siberia... :p :D

Hey...give me the info on where that place is. The next time I go to California I'll actually be going to Glendale for a stay to visit. Maybe I can get your hackin' ass up there and we can both chop it around like a couple of bums. LMAO

That name sounds right, it was the only poolhall I ever went to where they had 2 security guards patting people down and checking women's purses before letting them enter.
Of course your old haunt in Northridge was the only place I had to hide behind a table because someone had opened fire, this after having a bullet hole in my car window from the prior visit.
