Ryan Keller, and IPT Elvis

And I was looking thru the bios, and I was interested in what qualifications Ryan Keller has, since he didn't win a single game in Reno. He also did the worst in Vegas. In his bio, he doesn't have any accomplishments, he just says that he plays alot of pool.

So how did this guy get in? I thought you needed at least SOME accomplishments. A regional tournament win here, a high finish there, etc. for the bare MINIMUM of being a member of the first 150. He has no pool accomplishments.

Does this mean that any average schmo "C" player from a poolhall who "Is always at the poolhall" could have qualified if he/she had signed up for it early?


And who the hell is that guy who is an IPT member, and he dresses up like Elvis? What the hell is his problem? Did he win a single match???
 
Elvis is.....

The guy that dresses like elvis was a qualifier at the NAO. His name is Jim Weast from Inola, OK. Jim is a good friend of mine and is an absolute character. And trust me if he makes it into the IPT the outfits will get better. Just be glad they don't allow hats (other than top hats) and don't put that past him.
 
Holy crap he's an APA 6?? No wonder.....so did the APA kick him out now that he is an IPT 'Pro'? I know that Fast Larry told the APA that he plays at the pro level (lol) and they sent him a certificate thanking him for his 'honesty' and saying that he is a pro (because FL said he was). LOL
