SaberT or Melomine

I m getting a cue made and have two ferrule choices I havs are Tigers SaberT or melomime. Some love the SaberT.Other's prefer melomine. I've heard that the Saber T is heavier and has pretty hard hit with the melomine playing a little softer. Just for reference the Shaft is a pretty stout ArnotQ Terminator 3.....a solid lahdred shaft of 26 Laminations that plays like a premium conventional shaft. No hollow spots, no foam .....just solid premiun maple .....with just enough spine. And I'll be using a MooriIII soft tip.
So,can anyone give me opinions or feedback on either ferrule? Even an opinion of the shaft/ferrule would be helpful.

i think both are very good materials. the saber t does deflect a little more, it is heavier than LBM, along the lines of ivory. LBM has a pingier hit to it, both hit pretty hard. saber-t does stay very clean, but isn't as strong as LBM. to me it is a toss up between these two, i think they both are very playable. the other ferrule material i like a lot is juma.

I used to shoot with an ivor-x and now I shoot with melamine. I like how it plays the best compared with others ive tried. I shoot with an Ariel Carmeli as my daily player and will continue to run the melamine on my shafts.

I think I'm going to try the Saber T. I ordered an ArnotQ , with a T-3 shaft and MOORIIII/ Soft. It also had a Saber T ferrule. So I am going with the identical configuration.
I'm leaving it as is and hopefully my cue will have the identical hit.
Plenty of rigidity but not "dead". The hit is very crisp (Terminator 3 , standard, parabolic taper, MOORI III soft tip....maybe a somewhat odd combination, but it works well on the Arnot. I think the soft MOORIII gives it some good C.B. control with the overall stiffness of the. T-3 and. Saber T and a Very tight racial joint.
