i hate to hear this. i knew pete. he was a great person and a great player. i remember watching him play snooker up at bob's golden cue when i first started playing. he will be missed.

I don't think I knew the gentleman, but if he was a friend or acquaintance of you fellas, he must have been a good man. I am sorry to hear this.

I hate to hear this also anyone that has vast pool knowledge and shoots a great game or use to shoot a great game is a great asset to all pool playerrs that live in the area ... Losing someone like this is a loss for all pool players in the State of Georgia and surrounding areas... I wish I had known him just to tap his mind and game for some info ... My prayers go out for his family ...

I am truly saddened by this news. I first met Pete in around 1991 at a tournament in Cornelia Ga. He was probably in his late fifties or early sixties then. He was still a force to be reckoned with. He had a great deal of knowledge of the game. His health has been declining for many years but I think he still played some up until about 2 years ago. I know he will be missed.
