Samsara Break tip for Jump cue ?

I think phenolic will jump a little easier. I like the Samsara on my jump/break because I really like it for breaking and it still jumps well, but on a jump only cue I'd go phenolic.

On jump cue only I prefer phenolic.
On a break cue I much prefer hard leather.
I use Kamui Hard on my break cue.
