I just wanted to show off my Samsara Jump/Break Cue. Stained Curly Maple with an Ebony handle and Cocobolo Rings.
With all the hype for the BK3 and the OB rift, I wanted to show people what they could have for the same price that is also beautiful and doesn't look like a billboard!!
I have 2 shafts, one came with the cue with a Samsara leather tip, and the second was made by Steve Lomax with Phenolic.
For a Jump Cue there are three different configurations. Removing the Ebony butt end of the cue gives you your normal jump cue, this I use for the majority of my jumpshots. The Curly maple extension gives me more control on my longer shots. I am tall and have long arms so Samsara made this for me and hollowed out the core so it doesn't add much extra weight.
The thin ebony dart handle is perfect for jumping over a ball that is directly in front of your cue ball.
So before you spend a lot of money on a production jump or break cue, think about supporting our craftsmen!!
