Anyone know how to enter this event from overseas?

I just noticed that they except only and the vut off date is 25th! Agh, I won't be in US until the 27th and I don't think an Ozzie cheque would make let alone be cashable in the US?

Thanks for any help

Go to http://www.usppa.com/Reno-June-04.htm
At the bottom of the page click on "Sands Flyer" to get to a printable entry form.

I suggest a Money Order instead of a personal check. Also, mail it "express" or something similar. The address info is on the entry form.

Good Luck !!! :)

Thanks guys, I sent my money order off express post today and it should make it. I can't wait now, I don't know much about the Reno Open but it sounds like one of the big comps in the annual calendar. It will only be my second 9 ball comp ever as I come from a snooker / 8 ball background so it will be interesting to see if I can compete?

Anyone else going to this event?

I travel back and forth to OZ all the time and I have bank accounts in both Countries...not much $ though! .... But when I travel , I MUST USE TRAVELERS CHECKS...NOT NORMAL BANK CHECKS...no problem using foreign VISA/MASTER CARD credit cards... but your EFTPOS card won't work over here.
If you go to your local bank in OZ and get a foreign money draft and send it to USA..it usually takes only about a week but could be as long as THREE!!!
You may also use a bank money transfer or wire a Western Union money transfer to an account of the tourney people or maybe to a USA location near the organisers.
If you call the tourney organisers (5.30 pm Melbourne time = 12.30 am USA time, same day, ....3 am in MEL /tuesday = 9 am /monday morning in USA)...they might be quite helpful in assisting you.

Where do you live in OZ?
