Sang Lee’s style reminds me of how Emmy Lou Harris sings...her voice is sweet, but
sounds like it’s on the verge of cracking....but it never cracks.
Sang looks like he’s holding a delicate balance....but he doesn’t crack either.
...and he looks like he’s peering slightly around a corner when he’s over the cue...
...like Leonardo Andam....who you also felt priveged when you watched.



Robert Byrne is one of the commentators....I miss him greatly.

In 2000 I saw Sang Lee at the Tacoma, Wa. Elks club. I was a beginner to pool, and had never seen 3 cushion before.

1st place paid $2500.00, I felt sad that we send our Champion to a World competition with that kind of representation.

The event was incredible! Sang Lee won it that year. That is one of the best pool event memories I have.

I saw him play Frank Torres a 40 point match at Crystal Palace II in Vegas..1995.
...it was like going to the opera.
