You may want to close out of all your internet windows and possibly even reboot your system and try accessing it again.

You shouldn't be opening on Windows media player to access the feed. Windows media player is embedded in the web page you access. You have to get there from the link on the web site and go through and do the paypal and register to access the feed. Once it's purchased through paypal it will give you a link back to theactionreport where you login... onced logged in there will be link towards the bottom to access the content.

I have shut down and restarted computer. This is a waste of time and money.

You may want to try deleting your browsing history & cookies which may fix your problem. Go to Tools - Interneting Option - Then under Browsing History, click delete.
