satin varney

Dunno what a satin finish is, but if you're still looking for a Varney I have a Varney player for sale. It was originally a Kingwood sneaky pete made by Kevin Varney, but I had Shawn Putnam add an elephant skin wrap and 8 beautiful 4 layered diamond inlays (ivory, red stained burl that looks like fire, ivory again, and silver dot in the center). To my knowledge, this is the only Varney cue that has had this level of work done to it. Varney never did wrap work or inlay work and only really produced plain janes and sneaky petes. I've never seen a Varney with inlays and a wrap before mine.

It's pretty beat up from years of being my player, but very very rare as Kevin is dead now and the work that was put into it. PM me if you're interested!

kevin was a friend of mine , i have pics of mine in cue gallery but not for sale. nver had chalk touch it . and maybe the only one not signed as i told him yo dont have to sign it as you are a good friend of mine .

Kevin was a very sweet man. Incredibly helpful when I commissioned him to make my cue. He didn't sign either of mine or my friend's cue though. I think the no signature was pretty common for him.
