Sawdust custom pool cues?

Anyone have any information on Sawdust custom cues? I'm almost ready to pull the trigger on one for $750. But I'm nervous about the quality and if the cue will warp on me and the wood will shrink on me within a year of purchase?
The cue maker is out of Singapore and not much reviews I can find on his cues. I live in the U.S.
Anyone own one of his cues? Any issues with rings popping or warpage yet? Thanks

Asian import, if you assume that in the build quality aspect, you'll be fine. Shafts have had wobbles, facing/fit/finish look right for a $750 cue that's a $5000 SW knockoff

I owned a JD cue a few years ago- nice cue, but not up to Sawdust standards in terms of playability - the JD cues also came with poor tips, ferrules, and super fat maple shafts- I had those all changed out as well- IMO the Sawdust plays better overall. Construction quality a bit better too on the Sawdust.

I agree here, the Asian import cues- the higher end known makers like JD or even Sawdust- don't expect your cue for under $1,000 to be of the build quality of the known higher end U.S. cue makers - you pay more for the U.S. cues for a reason, IMO and the reason is not just cost of living and materials - it is in the build.
