Can't wait!

What is your reason for going? Playing in one or several of the amateur tournaments? Looking for a cue or a case? To watch the Pro 10-Ball Tournament?

For me it's to help out Steve and Charlie wherever I can with the Straight Pool Challange, to watch the Pro 10-Ball tournament, to pick up a set of joint protectors for my current shooter, and to oooh and aaaah over the rare, unique and beautiful cues you don't get to see outside of an event like the SBE. I also have a bunch of friends playing in the amateur tournaments that I'll enjoy watching. But especially to see and meet people. People from AZ, of course. But I also love to sit and watch guys like Rich Phillippi turning down a shaft or Jim Reeves re-wrapping a cue. I wish it was available all year long!

Going to watch the pros and pick up a shaft for my Lambros. I might try to sell a cue there as well. I have a great Jacoby cue with a ton of inlays that I may try to sell.
 
Isn't it more like 21 days and counting or do I have the dates wrong for this year's show. I thought it started on March 17th?

That's a possibility. My son would go with me and watch the tournaments, trick shots, and stuff, but you know my daughter would be bored out of her skull. And I don't want her to know that the KOP mall is within short proximity. She'll want to get dropped off there and that ain't happening.

EDIT: Too bad it wasn't on the following weekend as one other poster thought. I also thought it was the following weekend.
