I got my jump/break cue in the other day and got to give it a pretty good test drive already. It is pretty much the same cue that you can buy stock from them on their web site but I had them put a 3/8x10 pin in at the main joint at .840 and the jump handle has the quick release. It came with the White Diamond tip on it and I was pretty interested in trying it out. I broke several racks with it and jumped a few balls and I was really liking how it held chalk and the control I had with it. It is softer than my Andy Gilbert Gator Tip that I have on all of my other break cues but I do like it. I then tried to jump a few balls with the full length cue and it didn't perform very well at that. Then the White Diamond tip popped off. I had read they did that frequently, so I was kind of bummed out. However, I gave it a little sanding and tried the glue I use on all of the tips I install and it has held well, after about 25+ racks. I hope it stays on so I can give it a fair chance. If I was ranking my favorite break tips I own so far it would go Gator, Samsara, White Diamond.
