Schon cue

I am looking to buy the Schon CX 04. I ran across the cue on OzoneBilliards. There are 3 RINGS around the points. On OzoneBilliards the 3 rings are all maple. I got on Seyberts website to see if they had the cue and it was the same designed cue but the 3 rings are a totally different type of wood that I really don't like. Can anyone help, Im kind of confused!!
 
When I bought my CX04, I called Evan, at Schon, because it was different from some of the pictures I had seen advertising the model. He said they had tried a few different configurations, and settled on the darker rings. Now they all look like this.

Okay thanks a lot, still a beautiful cue I was just a little sketchy about the darker wood, but more then likely Im still going to purchase.
 
Nothing looks better in a pool cue then a little Cocobolo.
And a lot of Cocobolo is even better.
And all Cocobolo is the best.
