where is the best place to buy a Schon cue? where can a guy get the best deal? i am sort of leaning towards the CX-02 model.

you can PM me if you prefer here. and please, hows about serious replies only, and from people that know what they are talking about. no stupid stuff, ok? had enough of that lately.

Try sending a pm to Troy aka Koinkid. He cut me a nice deal on my stl-15, and got me one with a leather wrap.

Erik is an excellent dealer too--just bought a case from him. Don't know if he carries the cx line.

I've got a SL17 for sale. Stained bird's eye maple forearm w/ ivory dashes set in nickel silver rings at bottom, six ebony points w/ 2 colored veneers and an ivor spear-shaped inlay in each point, ebony butt sleeve w/ 6 colored veneer bordered ivory windows between ivory dashes set in nickel silver rings above and below. MSR $1200 sell for $900 with 2 predator shafts. Butt is 98-100%. 1 shaft is 95% w/ new morray tip. Other shaft is used. If interested reply i'll post more info.
 
Try your local pool hall. They order cues from catalogs, and Schons are in them... If you are quite the regular you might even get a nice discount "hush hush" style. I pay *WAY* below the sale prices I have seen ANYWHERE else.
 
EBay appears to have some decent deals on the Schon STL7-8-9 cues. but are they really a good deal? anybody ever buy any Schon Cues off of EBAY?

arent all Schon Cues what you would call Production Cues? its my understanding, however, they are just about the best production cue out there........
