Anyone have an idea what ferrule material would be close to what Schon used on their cues about 10 to 15 years ago? The ferrule on the cue has cracked and it does not look like ivory and it does not look like any type of linen because there is no noticable weave in the material.

IF it's yellow, it's the old micarta.
No longer available commercially.
I have 3 pieces and are not for sale.
Some charge up to $50 for it.

That is what I was thinking it was also. I happen to have 7 of the old micarta ferrules. I was wondering what they go for. Thanks

What ever the market willl bare. Joey says up to 50.00, I know someone who gets over a 100.00. Got to be carefull buying it though as there is a material out and about right now that looks like old Yellow Micarta but it isn't and doesn't play the same.
