Schon Rubber Bumper

Is there any secret to removing the rubber bumper on Schons. I have 2 of them and I can't remove either of them. I take out the screw with the Allen head on it but can't move the bumper. Is it screwed in place or glued or is it just a real snug fit. Thanks for any help.

Its just a snug fit. Use both of your thumbs and wiggle it back and forth or twist it out like a bottle cap.
