Ask someone in the states if they will basically do an escrow. You buy and pay, have it sent to third party and they in turn ship it to you for a nominal fee. It is a great looking cue.
 
I never understood why people dont like to ship over sea's. If the buyer pay's the shipping and except's all responsibility if they do not want the cue insured then why not "ship it". I have sent cue's to Japan, China, Germany, Russia, and several time's to The Netherland's among other's, and am happy to do it. It may sound bad but often time's when shipping a cue out of the country, you get a better price in the long run because of the fact that some will not do it.
