Schon STL11 Butt Cap

I bought a Schon stl11 in the decribtion on schon website they build this cue with different variations in color and ring design.
On mine the butt sleeve is a grey stained between the ringset on the buttsleeve instead of the rosewood which is ok. My ? is from the buttsleeve to the white butt cap with the shon name should I be able to feel a variation in size of the butt cap to the wood of the buttsleeve when rubbing finger across or is this normal.
Another thing is that my cue has only 4 large ivory inlays on butt sleeve instead of eight. The other smaller four are ebony inlays instead of ivory. And is this normal for the Schon stl11 model. Sorry I dont know how to load pics on here.

Schons have way too many stain variations to count. If your cue was in black and white, would it look like the STL 11s online if they were also in black and white?

Butt sleeves generally have a finish on it, whereas the white bumper doesn't.
