Schon turnaround time

Just wondering what the turnaround time was for anyone that has sent a cue to Schon to get re-finished/repaired? Better or worse than Scot at Proficient? I have a Schon that I need a rewrap/minor repair on. Cheers, Brett.

I had an R-6 refinished/re-wraped last year...took almost six weeks. Looks great though...

Let me make it clear that I have not used schon for a refinish.
However, I highly recommend Scott / Proficient. His pricing is fair, delivery what he says it will be and quality first rate.

alright so the general opinion is around 6-8 weeks, which sounds fair. mine just needed a re-wrap and a it developed a little rattle near the joint/forearm area. cheers, for the info :smile:
