The schon is alot more money then that sneaky.. Between the two I'd take the schon, but I'm biast becuase I own a few.

ive played alot of schons and i like them.. but from what i hear the frey has the same exact hit as a scruggs which ive never played with but have only heard really good things about.. o and thanks for you input.. keep the suggestions coming please!!
 
im gettin a frey over the summer. I've played with a few and they hit great. Plays like a scruggs for half the price.

ha thats what im confused and asking about.. ive never played with a scruggs.. so i guess what i ment in my question was what has a better feeling hit a schon or a scruggs? thanks for all your help

I think the hit is similar. Both to me seem like a stiff, solid hit which I like. If I had to pick one and only one I'd pick a scruggs.
