I got Noel Mendoza’s info from a friend whom had heard abt Noel Mendoza is a famous cue maker of Schuler carom cue
My clear coat of my cue got some bubble and one dust inside of it so I sent it to him
After he got it, he said need refinish and I paid $160 plus 2 way shipping on me
After I got the cue back I thought my cue was perfect because of the overall picture he sent
but he create lots scratches on the finish and the cue look more yellow not ivory no more
I sent him the second time and pay another $50 plus another 2 ways shipping on me because I said if I’m happy
The cue maker of Schuler, Noel Mendoza
With 30 years of experience ( he said) that help me got lots of scratches on the cue after his finishing and also the diameter of the joint size now smaller then the shaft joint size
After asking around I bring it to another cue repair guys and this is what i got
He said Noel Mendoza did give me an expensive $5 yellow clear coat finish that’s why it’s keep getting lots of scratches and even the bubbles from shipping get into the surface of the cue
Also my cue didn’t need refinish, only need touch up for abt $50 or $80 for some highend cue repair guys
Finally I have to paid the cue repair guys to take all of the yellow finish clear, a patch ( supposed to be filled and touched up) to cover the spot that need to be fix and blah blah of work for only $120 … thanks god
My cue back to normal condition just a little yellow abt 10-15% because of the $5 clear coat been absorbed to my ivory cue with those scratches he make to the cue
I dont want to disturb nobody business or namr but this totally like a liar and cheater that get my money and did whatever thing that Noel Mendoza doesn’t know what he’s doing
So… please be aware of this guys, dont be like me, stay away from his refinish work guys

This is final condition after cleab up the mess from Noel Mendoza
