Scot Sherbine Hoppe /Linen Wrap [NEW]

Roadkill said:
This is a brand new (test hit only) Sherbine cue with a linen wrap. The cue is 58 inches in length with a Hoppe style butt cap. The cue is signed and dated on both the forearm and inside the butt cap. This is another great hitting Sherbine cue.

I found a Nitti players cue after ordering this and don't need both. This cue just arrived yesterday and is brand new. Cue is approximately 19 ounces, 13mm with medium Morri tip.

$315 Shipped (PayPal only)

Just a warning to everyone who might try to open these at work: there are a bunch of other pics that appear to be from advertising links on the top: scantly dressed and 3/4 naked women.

I uploaded the images as "family safe" and have not seen these images. Sorry if anyone has been exposed to offending pictures of half-naked women.

This is bullshot! Where are these half naked women you speak of?! (jk)

What's the pin style on this one? For those that do not know, Scott is a sick craftsman, and his work is just awesome!!!

It's no longer an Original

Had you not modified Scott Sherbines original work, you may have had a buyer by now. Are the points Even? Do you know if Scott does his own splices, or is it a blank of someone else's?
Someday Scotts work will be valuable, but worth more in it's original form.

The orginal ferrule had some streaking plus I wanted a one inch ferrule. It's actually better now and Mike is one hell of a cuemaker.

I'm a little confused...... Just out of curiosity, why would you spend $400 on a cue and alterations just to turn around and sell for $300?

I'm currently in the process of finding my ideal playing cue. This process has been going on for about 10 years and has involved more than 100 cues.

After ordering this cue, I bought a Nittie (which was later sold), and now I'm playing with a Varney. I don't need and can't afford to keep more than one playing cue. The Sherbine is being sold for a fair price and I doubt many buyers out there would justify paying $400.

Hope this helps answer your question.

OK, thanks for satisfying my curiosity. By the way, I think the price you are asking is more than fair. If I didn't have so many cues now, I'd pick it up from you.

One other thing, It's been my experience that we'll never fing that ideal playing cue, the grass always seems greener, as they say.... Oh well, It's a fun hobby though.
