I was watching the accustats tape with Scott Frost in a bank pool match against Louis De Marco. Danny Diliberto kept talking about how Scott beat Billy in a one pocket match game. Does any one know how they played. Was there a spot? Did they play in Vegas? Was it for a set or per game? I think Scott is one of the best new players. Especially for the cash. The kid has a lot of heart. But sometimes too much. I attribute that to some youthfulness and cant wait till he gets more seasoned. He could be one of the best all around.

Yoba, I'm not sure if this is the time that Double D was talking about, but......three years ago i was at the Derby City tournament and i watched Scott and Billy play one night in the action room - they played for several hours and my memory, ( which needs about the 6 and the break from a decent memory ), is recollecting for me that the bet was $500 a game.....Over the years Billy has usually been the triple nuts at getting the best of it when it comes to matching up ( giving or getting spots ) - and he thought he did this time also by getting 8 to 7 from Scott (who, at that time played a little under what he does now )......But Billy made a rare match-up miscalculation, and also he wasn't playing that good, ( too much of the easy life up there in the accustats booth ^_^ ), so Scott being his usual determined/intense self, played good, overcame the spot and won the session............The Ghost Reporting

Billy plays a very good game of one-pocket, but I like Scott at 8-7. Youthful energy and young eyes have me leaning in Scott Frost's direction.
Opinions ? .....(Whichever way I bet, bet the opposite and go stand in line at the WIN window)

I think Grady has a pretty good handle on Billy's one-pocket prowess, so perhaps he'd grace us with an opinion on a game/match between Scott Frost and Bill Incardona (with Billy getting 8-7).. How about it, Grady ?

I heard that Billy wasnt talking to Grady right now. Someone told me that Billy said that he would never work with Grady again. I guess this happened over the live telecast of the last US Open where Grady got aced out and they put on Jim Wych instead. I hope they can get back together again I know that Grady has expressed some remorse over blowing his stack about all this. Jim Wych does not do it for me. I was shocked when Pat Fleming let him do the US Open tapes the last year. He just doesnt have the knowledge of the American game as Grady and Grady gives complement to and softens Billy's need to always be right.
About Scott Frost. This guy has trememndous talent. If he can get the mental game together he could be a great one hole player. Their is a darkness that lies within him that just needs to be put in a positive manner. His friend Alex the Lion is a great example of how humanity and humility can really help your game. The kid has heart and a warm one at that. Always respectful but never afraid to take it down.

They were playing 8 to 7 and Billy was allowed to move a ball to the spot after the break, which is worth another full ball. They got into an argument and quit even.
The today's Scott Frost would rob Billy giving him 8 to 7. Anybody who doesn't think so, feel free to contact me and we'll arrange a match, with you taking the Billy side of it, of course.
I am sorry, too, that I'm no longer with Accu-Stats.

Grady, I will always remember how when no one wanted Billy in the Calcutta at the US Open One Pocket in Kalamazoo you put up a chunk of cash because you were his friend and thought that he deserved the respect. Every one knew it would be odds that Billy would end up high in the field as there were a lot of tough players. I just had a lot of respect for you because of that.
