Tap League Singles, The guy I'm shooting pockets the 8 and the cue runs over to the corner pocket right to the edge, appears to stop for a split second then rolls in and scratches. The guy throws a fit because he said it stopped and when he got up he bumped the table and made it fall. Is there a rule on this??? I was standing over it and watched it fall right as it was ready to hang on the edge. We couldn't find anything in the rules but if you ask me, he was still at the table when it fell, it's not like it hung for 3 or 4 seconds. Anyone ever come across that?? I wasn't giving him the win.
We ended up shooting it over because he was freaking our about it. Ended up that he played me safe after safe and ended up winning. We were both on the Hill so that was the end.
