Looks like a Dufferin conversion.

There were 15 made. They were made from Dufferin hi-run 1pc cues. I gave the Tim the blanks that he used for these. Each one Tim inlayed a ivory Diamond with his initials in the ivory diamond. They all sold new for 300.00 each.

I had an ebony Scruggs sneaky about 12 yrs ago. It had 3 original shafts and played so damn good. I'd love to have it back. Beautiful cue you have there!
