I'm not taking sides but doing business here with non-long standing/upstanding member is a risk.
An escrow service should be used when dealing with high-end cues like these imo.
But, there are few members here who have earned my 100% trust.
Don Purdy, Edwin Reyes, Poolschool, DaytonaJoe and a few others.

Yea you send me 2 cues -1 shaft dont match and goes to a bluegrass cue and the other has a major taper roll and termites have drawn a wholes in it or bore bees.As explained by my brother 2 boxes were shipped but you can best beleave that first thing in the morning since you were idiot enough to let me know you only got 1 I am seeing if I can cancel the other one.I emailed you on this the other day and your only defence was "I will check with the guy I got it from".Were they even your cues?I have your email to prove it!Yea Id love to use escrow to get my cues back.$1500????? more like $600 worth of cues and you have already ripped me off for $1500.Everyone here has seen them cues and know they are mint.Oh and don't worry son my back is very well covered! But did you have an certain interest in my back other than the knife you tried to stick in it?Nice try Matthew but its not working!!!!You are getting caught in your own hustle here if i can help it!

Ooops. LOL
Yup, bud. I'd like to mention Murray Tucker and Big Jon also.
I'm really saddened when deals go bad here.

All deals that i've concluded (in the US) through the internet has gone through Proficient Billiards. I've always suggest the escrow service regardless. They do a great job. There was an exception when I had a friend who was passing through the sellers place. Looked the cue over and paid in cash. My guide is, if it doesn't feel 100% right (with or without an escrow agent), don't do it. ;)
