Scruggs sneaky 1984 vintage. Was purchased new & has original finish w/full 13mm shaft @ 4.1 oz. total weigh is 19.5. Hard pressed to find a nicer original. Only flaw is very minor scratch in mid forearm. dead straight. no trades on this one. first 550.00 shipped Tim 919 247 3391

I thought you backed out of our deal by telling me you felt wrong to sell it. You mentioned it was because you got it from a friend. We agreed on a price and then you wanted more for paypal fees. I offered to send it by money order then you said you spoke to your friend about how it wasn't right to sell this cue.

It surely couldn't have been my offer as it was far more than anyone here has. If you couldn't sell it for sentimental reasons I'd understand, heck I'd sell it back to you at cost if you wanted it. Of course there weren't any hard feelings, I told you in my email I understood. But now you're trying to sell it for over a hundred dollars above my offer. If my offer wasn'nt good enough you could have said so, but you did say you accepted it. What's going on?
 
I wasn't going to sell it & a cue I had ordered was done way before I figured. I had never advertised the cue on the forums. That was a private deal & I didn't want to sell it at that time. You have my number & could call instead of venting on the forums. I've seen enough of that in other posts & don't want to engage in a public debate. Nothing was written in stone at the time we talked. I've had offers above the ones mentioned in this thread.

the cue i thought was sold. i recieved an e mail from daniel at 3 am saying he had someone who gave him 550. it should be sold, why is it not posted as sold? daniel posted at 2.52 pm today and still hasn't said it is sold.what gives? i hope i am missing somthing. be careful.

Why would anyone call a private number to ask about a deal a month ago? Does that mean I can call you when I want to? Is that an invitaion? I don't think a single forum member here would appreciate a call on thier private home line for such reasons. If I wanted to really vent I could, I'm just summing up our conversation and asking what's going on now. If you did something shady, then other AZers have the right to know. I thought the transaction ended friendly enough, but if you choose to lash back at me then you obviously know you did something wrong and would rather not have your bad dealing out in public. You did chose to sell your cue on a public forum.

I have done a ton of deals with Daniel, aka Tim. He has always been very straightforward and trustworthy. I don't know what got things confused here, but I would say just call him. Joe
 
I talked with Danial too!

He is straight up and the cue will be going to panhdlce and he too is easy to deal with. I was trying to buy the cue for less and was actually going to sell it to Phil for exactly what I paid for it. Sorry all but this one looks llike it is Panhdlce"s.
Hope I can do something with either of these guys in the future!

hey daniel, i don't want to ***** at you. i was just making a statment about what i saw. it would have made more sense to write in your post that pandlce said he would take it or sold pending payment. i was not trying to start anything, geez. seems like nobody can write anything on this forum lately without people getting bent out of shape or taking the wrong way. i also said i hope i'am missing somthing, giving you the benifit of the doubt.
sorry, ment nothing by the post, didn't mean to start anything. i publicly appoligize for any thing that i wrote. once again sorry. now, did you want to do any trades on the capone?:D
