Scruggs SP question

I want to ask you folks a Scruggs SP question. I just picked up this old Scruggs...real fancy for an old one. What do you think a fair asking price for it would be? Please feel free to PM me. I want to get some knowledgable opinions before I list it. Don't want to gouge anyone, but I don't want to give it away either.
Specs:
Butt: 15.9oz
S1: 3.5oz, 12.8mm
S2: 3.5oz, 12.9mm
Both ferrules look like Ivory, but I am the worst at IDing it, so let's say it isn't..Moori mediums on both
3/8x10 wood to wood joint with black phenolic collar
Maple/black dash rings at A/B/E
Straight grain maple forearm
Looks like Goncola Alves..not sure..points almost dead nuts..maybe 1/16" variance
Four small ivory diamonds above the butt cap
Black butt cap with the older "TS" logo

i'd could see an easy $1000, pretty unique my buddy has one very similar, same joint and stitch work, but it had a white buttcap with no stitch ring at the butt and a birdseye forearm, he got if off fleabay about 3 years ago for $750

Mike, Tim's partner made 3 of these cues in 1988. They sold new for $450.00. Today they should command at least $800.00 to just over $1000. JP
