I should have done this before - just pm me if interested - I can still send the full size pics if you would like. Specs:

weighs: 18.6 oz
length: 58.5" tip to bumper
tip mm: 12.75 (eyeballed)
joint: 5/16x14 stainless steel piloted
shaft: can only find one shaft on this - ?? not sure why, because i think there should be two - but I have yet to dig it up...
ferrule: ivory
I would rate the cue in very good condition, 90+%. I have noticed a couple very faint blemishes in the shaft that appear to be imperfections in the wood.

.830, however, I measured just a hair down from the very top of the stainless joint so at the top it is probably .828 or maybe even a split hair less... and btw - what is OD? I couldn't figure that out???
