Searing Cue For Sale

Yes, Dennis might not answer every call and I know it can be frustrating but he is accessable and extremely generous with his time when you do catch him. I've had several conversations that have went an hour or so. He'd never complete a cue or a repair if he fielded all calls at the time they came in. Searing is not the only cuemaker who works this way.

Sorry but,I get cues from Pete Tascarella and he always tells me ,if you don"t like the cue sell it.I like Pete's cues, closest cue to a buska. I play with one and they are made the old fashion way. Plus you can call him, leave a message, and he will return it. Don't get me wrong dennis is one hell of a nice guy, but he is the florida recluse ,Howard Hughes of cue makers. Call mail box full, maybe 2-3 wks. Rich

I'm with you 100% on this also--I'm looking forward to playing with mine--although since Rich owned the cue he could give it away or use it to prop a window open if he wanted to.

I know one thing my 2 searings are on the next batch and you won't see them posted here. Just in the cue gallery :)

i agree with martin on this point!
dennis might not always be accessible or able to return calls right away but i have found when i really need to get in touch with him i have always been able to.
you have to realize also for every minute a cue maker spends on the phone or replying to emails is another minute not being productive.
plus from what i hear dennis leaves saturday open just for walk in trade and talking with customers about concerns. at this time he talks to people in his shop and doesnt want to be rude to them by spending the time on the phone.
i would also have to admit dennis does a better job than i do of returning all calls and emails.

Yeah, and if Jeff stopped ringing him, Dennis could knock out a couple more cues a year, he, he, he, he, he! Oh yes! Real tired now, off to bed;)

Thank You.

Hmmm....the "florida recluse"...have heard that before. Did Greg (cuecollector) get that line from you or you from him? Sounds like on nice looking cue and it will surely sell fast. Best of luck and Merry Christmas.

Sean
