Still try ing to get my hands on a Searing shaft. Black collar with silver ring preferred but will take whatever I can get. Thanks

Hello nicksaint26.
I have a searing shaft, 29 in long, has 5/8 in ivory Ferrell, black collar with silver ring. Is 13 mm at the Ferrell, the taper starts slowly getting thicker 2 inches from the Ferrell. There is a lot of wood left to turn down if you desire a longer taper or smaller diameter Ferrell.
I had Denis make this for me around 2005 or 6. I have no proof it is a searing shaft other than my word.
It has been in climate controlled storage for 16 years. the ivory Ferrell has a hint of yellowing.
If the shaft interest you send me a pm. The shaft will not be cheap.

Thanks to Mr Magoo I found a Searing shaft! While he does not have much feedback on here he is a great guy and I would not hesitate to deal with him again. It was a pleasure talking to you on the phone Danny. Look forward to playing with it and talking with you in the future!
