Selling to a First-Time buyer-Guidance

Sounds like from a seller side you covered yourself. Offer escrow for him to cover his @$$.

I agree sounds like your in good shape. I'm a firm believer in escrow though.

I just don't want to pay for escrow or go through the hassle if he isn't worried about it. It's a fairly inexpensive transaction so I didn't think I should have to worry much about it, make sense?

Agreed, but why are you so worried about covering yourself for the same reason?
You want to be covered so he's taking a leap of faith that you will hold true. But you aren't willing to do the same?

Just putting it in perspective.

I hear you, and if he wanted to that would be up to him and he could pay the fees I guess, seems reasonable.

Good point. As long as the buyer is cool with it and you are too, should be a smooth transaction :thumbup::thumbup:
