"The players meeting will be mandatory and it will be held on Wednesday September 14. There will also be a players reception that evening. The host hotel is the Farfield Inn & Suites (727) 722-9500. Please mention the Seminole Pro Tour to receive the $79 per nigth group rate." (this is a copy and paste...not my spelling)
I love the Seminoles for their sponsorship of this great tour. Perhaps the practice of a mandatory meeting the day before the event starts is standard procedure for an event of this magnatude....I don't know. But I do know that should I play in this event I will have to plan for an additional $100 or so in expenses. Why not have a meeting at 9 or 10 am the 1st day of play??
I'm sure they don't need me.....but I'm willing to donate my 500 bucks for the chance to play and maybe knock off a champion. I have no delusions of cashing.
