Conflicting date with US Ameture qualifier!

The dates for this senior tournament are the same dates for the US Ameture qualifier in Huntsville, Alabama. I played in the senior tourney last year and really want to again this year but I am already scheduled to play in the qualifier in Huntsville. I know several others that want to play in both also. Is there any way the Senior tourney could be rescheduled a little later to accommodate myself and some others. I'm sure Peg or whomever scheduled the senior tourney wasn't aware of the qualifier in Huntsville being on the same date. PLEASE RE-SCHEDULE! Looking forward to the Senior tourney! :thumbup:
 
Unfortunately we are unable to reschedule this event due to other events we are hosting. We will keep the other tournament in mind for future events.

Hope to see everyone here for this event!
 
I will have to miss the Seniors tourney but I do understand. I do know the Senior tourney will be 4-5 players short because of sign ups to participate in the Ameture qualifier in Huntsville. I really hate to miss it but thanks for the response and I hope it goes well. I look forward to future events at J.O.B's.

This is a doulbe elimination tournament!

As to the question of places to stay there are over 20 motels/ hotels within a 10 mile radius. (That we WOULD recomend) Their prices range from approximately $40 - $150 a night.

The hotel that we have used for past events as the host location is located 4 miles from the club and has proven to be a good value with good service in the past.
