Played on 9ft. Brunswick Gold Crowns
Race to 9 and 7 Winner Breaks BCA RULES
$75 Entry ($60 entry +$15 Green fees)
Open to first 128 paid players
(Top Lady with 3 or more lady entries)
This tournament will be streamed By Rail2Rail Productions
Minimum $3,000 Added With Full Field
All Entries must be paid by Friday Aug. 31th. at 5 PM
Board will be available Friday Night 7:30 PM
Open Saturday 9 AM Matches to Start 9:30 AM
Entries Can Be Mailed to Black Diamond

Question

Does this usually fill up? I may be in town that weekend and didnt want to send entry unless im 100% positive im going to be in town.
 
Last year we only had 74 players and were able to get about $3300 added so hoping for more sponsors this year... if anybody has any suggestions for sponsors or is interested in sponsoring would love to hear from you.... Will keep posting approx entry count
 
Cue Raffles

With some luck should know in a day or so if we will be having raffles for some custom cues and the procedes will be added to the tournament
 
Last years payouts

Just wanted to let everyone know that Last year at this event we had 74 entries and the payouts for the top 4 spots were as follows:
1st $1800
2nd $1200
3rd $800
4th $500
and paid down to 16 spots.
Hope to get more entries and sponors a be able to up those numbers.
 
hotels

Sorry took so long to respond have been very busy... I am trying to get deals from 2 differant hotels and as far as calcutta concerned as far as I know they are not legal in Washington but trying to find out if any way to pull it off.
 
Cue Raffles

Just found out this morning that Jack-John Madden will be here and we will be raffling off some of his cues.... the more cues we sell the better the added cash.... will try to post some pics of cues he is bringing as he sends them to me
 
Getting close

We are getting close and so far 8 of the 9 nine foot brunswick have been reclothed and will be finished by Tuesday. Hope to see you all can make it
