I have a statement to make. This was one of the nicest pool rooms and tournaments I had been to in a while everyone seemed so nice.... Well that was until the end when a person from out of town was doing well in the tournament. There were statements about how they had lied about how they played, which I think was crap, because I also heard the statement that if the people running the tournament thought you played better they would raise your number up in the middle of the tournament. My question is this why didn't you guys just raise his number up instead of waiting till the last match and making the statement "IF YOU WIN YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SWIM THE BIG MUDDY RIVER" and of course your favorite is going to win now. I think it was poor sportsman ship! At this point I do not want to ever go back to this place again! as we get our things, collect his winnings and are going to leave and not say a nasty word or show our ends in anyway, we are asked not to come back. I am sorry you lost so much money on your favorite. you asked how he played and he told you. You asked the other guy how he played and he told you as well and it was the truth. I am NOT sorry for the way he played! I think he did awesome!!! had a good day and played well and for your information it isn't always like that. everyone has good days and bad one. just maybe your guy had a bad day that didn't mean you had to bad mouth the one who was having a good day.
