Service is more than a word

I bought this stick on ebay with a horrible crack in the butt plate. I sent it to McDermott to pay to have the butt plate replaced, instead the treated me as an original owner and refinished the entire stick under warranty... and fit my new G Core to the joint even though I bought it from Nielsen's billiards. I am impressed and very grateful.

They didn't throw in the new leather wrap as well did they?

No, they did not throw in the leather wrap. I have never sought cues with plain forearms but thought this cue needed rescuing from the pawn shop that had it on eBay. It is an M12L so is a little old, the linen wrap just did not seem right for the stick so I asked for the leather, I think it was a good choice. The stick looks "sophisticated" now and is a good case mate to my M33A.
