In the pool film Poolhall Junkies: Gambling happens two ways.

The main hustle employed by the backer using Mars, to win money from gamblers.

The first time Mars gets to gamble in a completely random moment at a party he was brought to by his girlfriend.

He goes to gamble to get his girlfriend a job promotion and uses her uncle as a backer.

This gambling should be talked about more. The part where someone has a skill only uses it for money and profit.

Then one day randomly is given the option to use the skill for fun and it is used to get his girlfriend more work.

Pool gambling is sexy. Is this gamble sexy and justified by the girlfriends reaction of disapproval?
 
I think you are confusing the glorification of something incredibly stupid and destructive in a make believe movie with what real life is like. And a real crappy movie at that.

After watching the first half of season 1 netflix Snowstorm of love, PHJ is more realistic.

I know more men that would make a bet behind their wives or girlfriends back using her family money.

Compare that to how many men take a few years off from pool to train young women. That is the Charlie Williams story. I cant remember if CW is married or comfortably coparenting or single parent dad.

The single parent Asian dad story of Charlie Williams should be a movie. I can do an animated sample scene if I plan 1 month of 4 weekends. This is how I schedule time now

Well she was ok with it once she found out what really happened that night.
I mean if I was playing beretta or ouschan for the cash every night i would think gambling was a little sexy though. Unless it was Albin.

Pool portrayals can focus more on gambling as sexy.

Some loud mouth always gets reigned in. Its more fun when its a scripted live performance.

Imagine business decisions made during a match of pool its like putting HQ in the warehouse

To increase pool people have to want to own tables and rooms.
a few sexy ads can go a long if targeted well.

There isn't a single user interested in traditional billiard parloring. Parlors are out of style.

Just watch any women's billiard match from 1920. You won't see them with Big Bets. They are accustomed to it.

I think the way forward is pushing parlors out of the Big City and into rural shoe stores. Husbands will want something to do while the women are shopping. It is an untapped market that will generate interest in many areas in the country.

If you think the people with the money will understand, then we teamed up nicely.

Id like to use an app or some test before matching up. So many hustlers on the road you know.
