Hello again, Im ordering a new cue, and a case, and some other products soon. The prices for both of these options are almost exactly the same. Which service, or store provides better shipping, packaging, ect.

Any recommendations?

Thanks again.
I've dealt with Joe Neilson a number of times and he can't be beat for good communication and quick shipping. I haven't dealt with Seybert's before, but i've only heard good things about their service and competitive prices. I don't see how you can go wrong dealing with either of these sellers. Check their prices and see if they both have what you want in stock and then decide.

Thanks everyone, I have already contacted him. He is usually very speedy about his replys. I think I will go with Joe! He has already made me a great offer that I cannot refuse.

I like Joe and have bought a few things from him over the past few years.
He is a pool player and understand customer service. I like that
I am purchasing from a player and a "regular guy". I first met Joe
in Vegas during an APA event. Really nice guy as were his teammates.

I dont think you can go wrong with Joe. He even found me an item that he doesnt normally sell.

The 5% discount for AZ members is a nice touch as well.

I found Joe through other means than E-bay and that's the best way to contact him – directly and I mean that!!!.

The stuff came to Canada through US post within 3 days. Got amazing deal on one of the items way below wholesale price.

Great guy.

Note to Canadians don't use UPS or FedEx broker fees are a rip-off. Use us post office.

Cheers

I've done business with Joe Nielson for a long time now. Better than perfect transaction everytime.

I highly recommend him.

You could find many posts about him here on the forum. Nothing but excellent things to say.

What shipping method does Joe use for Canadian customers?

Joe is the best, I always get items in about 2 days! If you order early enough he ships your item that day!
