Shaft collar issue--

-Had a new inserts installed and mech said collars were loose so he reinstalled them.
Now the shafts has lift on tip end when attached to any of my cue butts.
They roll straight alone-

These are Steve klapp old growth shafts purchased 2010 -Never had a issue till now.

Appreciate your thoughts on this issue.

I would start by facing off the collar end of the shaft(s).
