Last nite I saw someone attempt a shaft jump (unsuccessfully) during a match. Nobody said anything. Isn't there a 41" minimum cue length like the BCA rule or is any length allowed? I couldnt find any rule on the TAP website.

I don't play TAP league, but I've read the rules. I don't think there is anything at all in the rules concerning jump shots or jump cues, which would lead me to believe they're not allowed.
Played TAP for well over a year...to the best of my knowledge there are not any restrictions outside of what would be widely considered a normal jump/break cue.
