Shaft Maintence Help?

Looking for advice to keep the cue shaft in top working order. I used that Atlas Clean and it works well but of course the cue doesn't stay slick for long since it was only cleaned. I was thinking about buying their other products in the set, Atlas Slick and the Wax but cant find any reviews on them. Unfortunately I don't have a lathe and my cue maker friend lives too far away to bring it to him for regular maintenance. He does a great job when I get it back but it only last so long and once I clean the shaft then Im cleaning it all the time since Im not taking the next steps on the shaft. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Lots of people here uses the magic eraser sponges to clean their cue, some use it with a bit of alcohol. Just try to remember to wash your hands. Keep a small towel attached to your case or a micro fiber cloth or something like that (I have a chamois) and wipe your shaft every few shots and between games or sets. Watch some you Tube videos about cleaning your cue stick. Stop letting other people use your cue. To keep it slick try this stuff:
