Shaft Maker Question

I know this is a long shot but any idea on who the cue maker possibly is that made these shafts?
I got them in an auction with several cues and a bunch of extra shafts about 15 years ago. They didn't fit any of the cues that were in the lot.

They are smaller in diameter at the joint then any cue I have ever had. Not by a lot but noticeable.

They bolt up to my Palmer Window.
That's all I know about them.
Any ideas?

Thanks Shane
